Many of my clients respond that their number 1 weakness is being a perfectionist. Perfect is great...but it can cause progress to slow to a stop. It can cause self doubt or cause some to not start at all.
Don't let the fear of not being perfect stop you from reaching your goals. Simply... don't let fear stop you!

20 months ago, I started Engage Employment Solutions, LLC and this morning I added my 90th client served. Every time my clients succeed, I succeed along with them.
I am fortunate as many of those clients gave me multiple projects or brought me new clients through their referral. Thank you!
I can say without hesitation that I am passionate about my work, about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others become passionate and successful in their work.

Saying “You should have…” points out their mistake and blames the person for the failure. A better approach to try, “I’m sorry it didn’t work. Here’s what I recommend doing next time…”.

Been super busy with mock job interviews lately. I find a common problem with candidates taking their answers too far. Keep your answers specific, concise, and to the point. Ask if they want an example or further explanation. Turn off your rehearsed “auto-pilot” and fully listen to the interviewer’s question and watch for your interviewer’s non-verbal clues. #jobs #recruitertips #careercoaching #interviews
To my Clients in Sales – Refresh and reflect the customers’ needs in your resume and profile.
Used to be, selling included making cold calls and impressing customers with your knowledge of “You need this. Or You have to have that”. But technology has changed consumer spending habits– customers now are irritated with cold calls and have the opportunity to do their own online homework on products and services.
But this change is not a bad thing, why?
Because Sales Representatives now have to start by listening to the consumers’ needs first. Sales is more solution based now more than ever.
Be sure to include in your resume and profiles this change and emphasis on problem-solving and building long term client relationships.
